Is it safe to fly with 4FLY RJ?

Yes. 4FLY RJ uses aircraft within the standards required by the National Civil Aviation Agency – ANAC and all aircraft follow rigid periodic maintenance program.

Can I take whatever I want on the flight?

Not everything. In the case of panoramic flight objects loose such as slippers and caps should be left in the hangar. If the flight is a charter, they should be stored in a bag or backpack.

Do you have any weight restraints?

Yes, there is. In most cases, in panoramic flights, the maximum seat weight is 136 Kg (300 Lb).

Does it rain if I get my money back?

We constantly monitor weather conditions in order to notify passengers in the event of an adverse situation. If it is raining the flight can be cancelled with full refund or reschedened in the interest of the others in the group.

Is it allowed to fly with doors-off?

Yes. Aircraft have specific recommendations for non-port flights, such as different speed limitation, however, they were created to fly with any port configuration.

How is the payment made?

After deciding which route you like best, click Schedule this flight within your itinerary and send us your date and number of passengers. We will then send you a PAYPAL payment link where you can pay, including in installments of up to 3 times without interest.

Can I take my son in my lap?

According to the rules established by the organs only child is allowed to lap if it has a maximum age of 2 years. Above that you should use normal seating.

Can flights leave the programmed script?

We put a standard script according to the most requested points and the flight time. If passengers want a different route, the same should be requested for the commander and, if it is within the contracted time, no problem.

How do I book my flight?

Can I cancel or reschedule my flight?

If the cancellation is made within a period of at least 72 hours before the flight, we will refund 70% of the amount paid, otherwise the amount is non-refundable. In case of Flight rebooking, the same must be done at least 72 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

What time of tolerance to delay?

The aircraft have a flight schedule and we cannot disrespect that. So our maximum tolerance time for delays is 10 minutes. After this will be considered in the show and the value will not be returned.

Should I arrive with how many minutes in advance?

We request that passengers be programmed to arrive at least 30 minutes before the estimated takeoff time, in order to avoid traffic disorders or other adverse situations.

is the transfer made by 4FLY RJ?

We know that in aviation the item of punctuality is something fundamental and therefore 4FLY RJ does not interfere in the transfer of the customers, since if it did assume any responsibility for possible delays. However, we have partnered with the company Dexter Mobility Corporate that has luxury cars including armored cars at affordable prices and we indicate to our customers, but remembering that 4FLY RJ has no responsibility for the transfer. Where is the jump done?

Jump takeoff is made from Jacarepaguá airport. The jump area is on the beach of Barra da Tijuca, approximately 8,500 feet high. We have 2 landing sites that will be set by time on the day, which are: 1 on the beach itself at the height of kiosk 20 and another near the avenue of the Americas, next to the condominium Riserva Uno.
